    Am new to all this, have been reading all the great messages and wanted to get involved.
    i've been doing slimming world for 4 months and have just over a stone to lose to get to target. i seem to be losing motivation lately and am giving into my weakness "chocolate!" more and more. does anyone have any tips? or low fat chocolate alternatives?

    Only buy tiny bars of chocolate. Make sure it's good chocolate. That cote d'or 70% stuff hits the spot for me, as long as I don't eat the whole bar!

    Are you doing all green days or all red days or a mixture of both? Are you exercising? you need to introduce new things to stop you getting bored with your new healthy lifestyle!

  • thanks i'll give that a go. i tend to do more red days than green, i'm a creature of habit and tend to only stick to a few foods that i like. I've recently started to do a bit of excercise so i'm hoping that will give me the kickstart i need!
    silly question how do i join the uk chicks? i thought i had.
