Holly - it was a "maintenance break" that got me into this mess

Maintenance really ain't for me!

Well I've learnt a lesson for when I have to do it again!
Lucky, I see what you mean about the mental thing! I was having my toast last night (

carbs!!!) and thinking - yes, it's just the same as being 11 stone something, but I just have to forget about the actual reading and concentrate on the difference in readings! Perhaps someone should make a scale that says - "You've lost Xlbs since last time you stepped on" Then I wouldn't get so freaked out! Or in my case it would say "You've lost NOTHING!!! NOTHING!!!! Since you last stepped on!"
Penny - I'm doing ok, I'm trying my hardest and maybe I'll just have to chuck the scales in the wardrobe for a week or two!
As for the New Plan - yesterday I was around 1400kcals, but it felt like 1200!!!

Today I'm aiming for 1600 I think, depending on what happens during the day. I'm going to jog to the gym at lunch, then I might go again after work before DF and I go to the cinema. I like working out in shifts! Plus it's a great appetite suppressant!
Tomorrow I have my Purple Belt test

and 2 hours of kickboxing, then Friday I need to do a long run and we're away for the weekend. We're off to Marrakesh so most bets are off. Just finding food that I LIKE will be the problem!
