I think it was 2 months before I actually started losing anything! I lost like 5 lbs within that time and was fuming because I'd look around here and read 'I lost 10lbs in the first month, 15lbs'...all that. No fair!
My saving grace was measuring and overall feeling better. Take it slow, it's the best way

I'm still way slow, but better than nothing and better than dropping it all in a month or two only to get it right back!
