Well, here's one. I bought a few 3 liter bottles of water. I've been drinking at least one of them every day this past week.
Also, I was able to keep up with my 5 year old cousin all week...all by myself.
But the water aerobics really help because in the water I CAN kick and "thrash" hard "like crazy" etc. and really get moving! But I love feeling so much more energetic! Can't wait to get some more of this weight off and be able to do more and feel even better.
