Whenever I'm dieting I read everything I can get my hands on, too. Right now I'm reading Fat Girl, Body For Life For Women, and SuperFoods Rx. Yes, all at the same time. Since I'm a librarian I just check everything out, though, so I don't have anything to trade. Sorry! I can relate to the reading compulsion, though. For me it's a motivating factor; if I surround myself with information about health and fitness, maybe some of it will sink in by osmosis.
