Tooooo funny how different we all are. But that is what I love about 3FC -- we can do our own plan and still get support here, at least as long as what we are doing is healthful!!

to tell you the truth, i just counted my calories for today on that fit day thing and i didnt even get to 1200. so i guess im not eating enough. but i am never hungry. i just eat alot of veggies

I hear that...

Yesterday, after my workout, I decided I would binge on salad for the night and, honestly, I ate three wraps filled with salad and I was so full. Veggies have so much water and fiber that it's impossible to eat enough calories on veggies alone - you'd have to be a human balloon.

I love the idea of getting paid so much per pound lost. I wish I had thought of this. My DH would say that he's already paid out the butt with all the new clothes and stuff I've bought myself. I didn't hold back. I rewarded myself very nicely. Lol

Adding healthy calories without bulk can be easy and delicious - nuts, nut butters, salad dressings made with healthy olive oil, avocado. Small portions of healthy foods that are high in calories. They are all really good for you!
