SUPPOSEDLY.... doctor's scales are supposed to be "the most accurate" when compared to home scales. My doc scales record anywhere from 2-5 extra pounds on me.
So I happily go by my own home scale
.... plus, I weigh the same time of day every time (morning, before breakfast, after shower) and always weigh naked. That way there's no wondering how much clothes, shoes, etc are putting on.
Did you know that your clothes can give you anywhere from 2-5 extra pounds? And that if you remove all your clothes & weigh JUST THE CLOTHES, they won't weigh the same as you clothed vs. you naked???
Weird Science!!!
