I was plateaued for 3 months straight - it was really hard not to give up, but I was rewarded in the end. I routinely plateau for 3-4 weeks, usually after 3-4 weeks of steady losses. Just take it in stride and adjust your mental timeline. It will take more time than you think, but the outcomes will be even greater.

Giving up is not an option. We're in this for life.
And besides, who wants to gain back all of the weight we've already lost? |
I have been stuck hovering at b/w 194-197 for over a month, during this time I have actually started excersising and still I have not seen any real downward movement on the scale but thats ok, I can feel it in the way my clothes fit.. I really wish the scale would move though, it does feel like I am doing this all for naught but I just have to keep pushing through and remember I am doing this to be healthy and active. I am hoping that all the fat is being used to build more muscle and thats why no weight loss.. ( gotta look at the bright side)..lol
