Default Friday planning thread

B - 2 pieces of whole grain toast, natural peanut butter

S - horizons organic fat free plain yogurt, sliced strawberries

L - big salad with spinach leaves, carrots, cherry tomatoes, pepper strips, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 2 oz chicken no skin, balsalmic vinaigrette dressing

S - tall non fat sugar free latte

S - orange

S - cut up veggies - baby carrots, sugar snap peas, yellow pepper strips, grape tomatoes

D - veggie tacos made with Morning Star farms steak strips, spinach leaves, whole wheat tortillas, pico de gallo and salsa (maybe a little cheese)

*wave* Glory, I've been gone for a while and have missed this thread, it's good to see you again.

Breakfast:- protein pancake w/walnuts, blueberries

Snack - yoghurt

Lunch - Bean and Tomato Soup and a baked chicken breast and an orange

Snack - Choc flavour protein shake

Dinner - Beef and Bean Enchiladas, corn, broccoli

Water - 2 liters+

Exercise - rest day

Hey I went away for Memorial Day weekend and wasn't doing a ton of meal planning! Good to be back!

B- yogurt; whole wheat begal; cream cheese; smoked salmon
S- coffee with fat free cream
S- baby carrots; orange
L- salad (romain lettuce; fat free italian dressing); smoked oysters; rice crackers
S- thinstations (or maybe something else)
D- fish, frozen veggies, lipton side kicks (had subway last night instead, hhaa)

Water- 6 liters
Exercise- already done 80 min on the bike
