Make a Plan for Monday
Here's to a better week:
S- banana
B- low sugar instant oatmeal
S- coffee with fat free cream
S- baby carrots
L- tuna sandwitch (whole wheat bread, lettuce)
S- green apple
D- chicken lasagna (might change, busy night tonight)
Water- 6 liters
Exercise- already done 1 hour on my bike
I do have a fruit source bar and some thinsations just incase I get hungry, I trying to cut back on my eating and smarten up!
