This was kinda copied from a post I read somewhere on here. I modified it to make it alot faster. I had it for breakfast the other day and it was soo yummy. Only 197 calories or 4 points however you want to look at it.
1 TB Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
14 Choc Chips
1 Slice Sara Lee Delightful Bread
1/4 Med. Bannana
You take the bread and toast it then add peanut butter, bannana and chips...toast untill warm and melted. It is sooo yummy.
Hi Jtjoray! Excuse the impertinent question, but is that your picture? I asked my husband and we both think that you have a picture of Cameron Diaz posted. Anyways, the recipe sounds great - I can hardly wait to give it a try!
Sorry wouldn't work for me. I can't keep chocolate chips in the house or I eat the whole bag. And I couldn't buy just 14, unless I find a candy bin of chocolate chips. And then they'd look at me weird if I just bought 14. Oh well. You can fed ex me one though.
JT, I'm glad you posted - I was reading old posts and I wanted to tell you how beautiful you look!! Good job on the working out and eating right - it's definitely working for you!!
oh that sounds so good...but alas, I would eat the whole bag if I bought any chocolate chips. It's a shame to have have so little self control, but I honestly couldn't trust myself with choc. chips in the house. i'm pathetic.
I am with Harpo and mudbugs, can't keep chocolate OR peanut butter in the house! After I popped all the chips in my mouth and finished off the bag I'd probably be eating the peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon! Nice thought though, and your picture does make you look very lovely Jtjoray!
being fat and attractive are not mutually exclusive.
Who would've thought!
No one said she looked beautiful because she doesn't look like she weighs 206--I think the point is that her face, neck, and shoulders all look proportionately thin and not of someone who is over 200 pounds
Doesn't regular peanut butter and reduced fat have the same amount of points/calories? It does sound really good...I just bought a huge bag of chocolate chips at Costco, but I make cookies for camping. I am able to keep them because they are in the closet. Outta sight outta mind!
