Thumbs up 15 pound mini goal
My first mini goal is to lose 15 pounds by my birthday in late July. Which will be just between 1-2 pounds a week. Totally doable! I have been really good about making healthier choices in my eating habits and have been exercising every day Trying to up my water intake as well
