All I know is that tomorrow I have a 6 mile run late evening...

Food wise will be similar to today (except I am out of Kashi now, and I cant find it at normal grocery stores anymore )

June I can't find ordinary Kashi over here either!! I can get the crunch and the honey, but no bog-standard Kashi

Brekky
honey kashi, oats, dried milk and skimmed milk

Snack
oats, raisins, pumpkin seeds, dried milk, sem-skimmed milk

Lunch
2 scrambled eggs on 1sl wholewheat toast

Snack
Multiseed bagel with 4 laughing cows

Dinner
TBC!! Possibly some veggie burgers with spinach leaves and a pitta or something

Exercise
Definitely kickboxing, possibly weights at the gym, still arguing with myself over that one!!!

I have to work at 3 pm so I'll have to throw enough good stuff in a bag to stay out of the cookie tin and the cafeteria food.
I've had some steel cut oats because I woke up starving.
I'll have a shake of berries, soy milk, psyllium and egg whites a bit later.
Into the bag will go celery, carrots, mackerel, chicken, soy yogurt and some fruit.
And I should have something before I go to work, I'm not sure what yet.

I'd like to get some cardio in and shoulders and abs.

I had a toasted bagel with jelly and some scrambled eggs....

I have my turkey/swiss sammich that didnt get eaten yesterday (lunch with the boss unexpectedly) and some baked cheetos.

Probably soup for dinner. Not sure because I am running my miles late this evening so I might just grab a Jamba Juice after that and that will be dinner.

Last night I ended up eating a bowl of cereal for dinner

2frustrated: sometimes I can find it sometimes I cant. The super walmart out at my moms had it; the one here in Houston that I go to did not. Kroger doesnt have it either (at least the one by me) but I can find it at Target?! Weird.

Next time I do find it I am buying 3 boxes!!
