How did you get on during the weekend? I forced myself to go to the gym yesterday and rewarded myself with a lovely silver star it's getting really wintery here and the last thing I feel like doing after a day at the office is going to the gym but I'm trying to just commit myself to going regardless of how I feel. One of the hardest things about the cold weather is that all I want to eat is carbs and starch! Honestly, I could live on mashed potato for the next few months!
Well I did alot of swimming over the weekend and I am going to work on walking and swimming over the next week. I lost a pound and I want to lose one more...I got lots of smiles...... and looking for more..Good luck this week...
Hey every time you want some mashed potatoes get up and move for 20mins and then see if you still want to eat them...walk around the house...I do it all the time...lol
