Tomorrow will be: B; Egg and courgette frittata S: Apple L: Chicken, sweet potato and salad S: ryvita and hummous Weights workout and 20 mins elliptical D: Arrabiata sauce with roasted veg over broccoli and wheat free pasta. Am planning well this week and feeling good. |
