Default Oh the Planning Thread!

Well, it's not very good planning to start this thread at almost 11 am now is it? But we still can! What's your eating plan for today? Did you pack your lunch? What for supper? Did you workout before work or do you have something else planned for later.
Fail to plan, plan to fail!
What's up today? And think about tomorrow. I'll do better getting that thread up in good time.

It is only 8am here - so I am good to plan still!

Not sure what is happening today my ride to work (boyfriend's aunt who lives upstairs) FORGET to tell me that she wasn't going to work today. So I am stuck at the moment and not sure if I am going to work or if I can work from home today... but anyway - here is my plan for today / harder to stick to when I am at home tho! haha

B- 1/2 kashi go lean crunch; skim milk; 1 piece 100% whole wheat toast with half a tablespoon peanut butter; banana (half on cerel and half on toast)
L- either a salad with imitation crab meat, hot peppers, and fat free ranch dressing or a wrap made the same way
S- yogurt mixed with cherrios (really starting to love this!)
D- lean cusine... or I might make something since I won't be working

Exercise- walking for 60 min, 30 min total ball work out
Water- 2+ liters

Going shopping for a new TV!!! (if I don't work today)

Well, I thought I was going to bike to the post office but it's drizzling and windy. So maybe not today.
B- cream of brown rice with egg whites
L- DD the bride-to-be is coming so tuna and salad, I think
Supper will be chicken breast, DD's choice of vegetable and salad.
I'll need my shake (whey protein and pineapple), some cottage cheese and yogurt for snacks.

Since I can't bike, I think I'll do some dance type cardio and legs.

Oh Junebug- I am having a faaaat week son I hope your day gets better.

But I'm trying to change things positively by planning and using this thread again. I am powerwalking a marathon in 4 weeks time (there's 15000 of us doing it around London in decorated bras so I need to make sure my body works properly by then- and doesn't scare anyone in the streets. So clean food and cranking up the exercise is the way forward

Tomorrow will be:

Apple
Weights workout and 20 mins elliptical before work
B: Rye crispbreads and hummous
S: Apple
L: Ham salad with soy nuts
S: Smoothie
7 mile walk
D: Chicken breadt with spinach and peppers and quinoa pilaff.

I've been training since January and have done 18 miles (with the longest 24 mile one this weekend) I've just lost focus a bit as it feels like I've been doing it for so long. But not too long now! And once this is out of the way I'm going to start running too (doubt I'll be hitting any half marathons for a bit!)

Everyone on my running club tells me that its to be expected from now until mid-october. not to expect big things while running because of the weather.

which is why there are hardly anything over a 5K in our area till then. I have a 10miler on Oct 1st which i am worried about because it might be cool or it could still be summer..you just never know!!!
