Would anyone be so kind as to post a link to their Fitday?? I'm trying to look for some fresh ideas for meals. I know a lot of you have them in your signatures, but I just wanted a place where I could find them all in one spot. Thanks so much to whoever posts!

Hehe...I used to use Fitday, but since joining a free diet site, I've been using theirs to keep track of calories. I just know a lot of you use Fitday, and you can do a public one. The one I use there's no "public" option, so to speak.

Lots of us have a link in the grey column under our avatar on the left there. You can surf all around 3fc snooping into peoples food

My eating's been pretty boring lately - final exams week tends to leave enough time for a can of tuna and that's about it, but feel free to take a peek! If you're looking for new meal ideas, both the Self and Shape websites have some really great recipes with all the nutrition info.

I think sneaking at peek at peoples' food is an important aspect of 3fc. You never know ... you might find something to-die-for that's really good for you ... you just didn't think of it until you read it here. Or you may have underestimated how awesome it really is .... like low fat cottage cheese.
