I love frozen grapes. Its best when its frozen. When I eat it, its just like hard candy. I love it, love it

okay! I still have some grapes left - I am going to freeze them! And put todays grapes in the freezer at work for later! I bought a 3 pound box of grapes from costco... thats a lot of grapes! haha

I will let you all know if I like them :)

you dont need to leave them in there for long though!! otherwise they get too hard for my liking.

i think i usually leave them in there 1/2 hour or so.

Ok y'all I'm kind of late, but here I am!

Breakfast was protein shake and graham crackers

Snack was almonds

Lunch- big bowl of vegetable soup YUM

Snack: i'm thinking 100 calorie pack

Dinner: lean cuisine or turkey burger, big salad and probably something for dessert like 60 calorie pudding and lite cool whip

the grilled ham and cheese with LOTS of pickles won out over the turkey sammich! dammit i HATE when i dont have the time to make my lunch!!

i am making tomorrows sammich TONIGHT...at least everything else i had has been yummy good for me!
