Default April 17th Plan for a Nearly Perfect Day

Fail to plan, plan to fail. We still have time this Sunday evening to set out our goals and plans for tomorrow Monday April 17th. Let's get this week started right.

I have to work in the morning and I was leaning toward thinking maybe cafeteria food not being so bad for just one day ... when I read our thread for Sunday. Kick boot!

I have tuna and cottage cheese and salad all ready to take to work. I should pack some yogurt and crunchy vegetables too.
I'll put my steel cut oats in the crock pot and fix them with egg whites for breakfast. And I should get some chicken out for supper Monday evening.
Not a very sturdy plan but better than I had before I started reading here at 3fc.

I am in Singapore delivering training this week so it's tough to plan "perfect" days since breakfast/lunch are arranged by the client site and the concept of salad really doesn't exist here. I'm just trying to make the best decisions possible I'm going to enjoy Singapore and the exotic foods and just get back on track when I get back home next week!

They sent me home at 11 am! So I too went to a store and stocked up on fruit and diet coke
I sat in the sun for 10 minutes. Can't be havin' gangly white arms hanging out of my mother-of-the-brides dress.
Now, I can paint my kitchen window frame and eat my snacks whenever I want ... lift weights and cardio too. And I made money today! I love short shifts!

I was thinking about you June! Even at 10 or 15 minutes, I'm pink.
Sotypical ... if I resisted the giant chocolate bunny at my work .... Everyone who had a bite kept saying "Oh it is good chocolate." Argh!

Well I didn't post my plan on here this morning but I had an almost perfect day anyway!

My percentages today: 23.3% carbs, 43% protein, 33.7% fat for a total of 1440 calories.

Let's plan for another great day tomorrow shall we?

I did good! just cooking a nice dinner! I stayed away from the birthday cake but had a cream egg - mmm it was good! lol I even did an hour on my treadmill after I had already talked myself out of using it! And my calories were over just 1600 - and that makes me happy cuz they have been low lately. I like to keep them a bit high, especially when I work out - I find they have to be high for me to lose weight.

I eventually got into the cheerios but all in all it was a good day. 1716 cals.
38% protein 49% carbs 14% fats
I had to go on an emergency 'get my inhalers, Mom please' run in the afternoon so I didn't bike. But I got pretty much everything else accomplished.
