I agree! I am not one who loves exercise, but I have decided that this isn't about what I want in the short term (not exercising) but what I want in the long term (healthier, fitter me). So it's less about motivation many days than about commitment.
After all, you may not be motivated to go to work everyday, but you do because it's about more than what you want right now.
