Angry UGH...I need your help!

Ok...so I know this is normal but I really want to get threw it. Ive been at the same weight for 3 weeks now. I've even added an extra 5 mins of cardio 5 days a week. It's only 25 mins but with my schdule Im lucky to even get that. I work 55 hours a week and have 2 kids and my husband works 45 hours a week and goes to school 15 hours a week. Which leaves little time for working out. Anyway....anything I can do to get past this? Ive been stuck at 220-219 for 3 full weeks. Very upsetting.

maybe you could change your routine, do some workout tapes at home. Something to shock your system again. Your body as come to expect the cardio everyday.. switch it up.. cardio one day, work out tape the next. Keep your body guessing

???????
I don't know, but I want you to know that I care.
I think you are doing super.
I bet when the scale moves it will really move downward.
I hope so!!
It sounds like you are doing a great job under difficult circumstances. I am alone, just me, I work 40 hours a week and I struggle.
You are taking care of others plus you.
My hats off to you,
Just keep on. I am sure you will be rewarded.

Along the lines of what Ready2shedlbs said, mix up your exercise a bit. Got some dumbells you can play with while you're home with the kids?

There's actually a thread somewhere for folks who zigzag. I 'think' that they figure out what they want their average calories per day to be ... let's say 1500. The some days they have 1200 and some 1800, just as long as they average about right. I 'think'.

I just posted this in another thread, but it works here, too.

I feel your pain.

Sometimes it helps to reframe the issue. Are you eating well and exercising only to lose weight??? or is it also about being healthy? If so, then it matters less what the Evil Scale says.

Remember, some scales are inhabited by evil creatures whose sole purpose is to get you to quit your new lifestyle! Do NOT let them win!!! And have patience!!
