Default April 10th Plan for a Nearly Perfect Day

Fail to plan, plan to fail.
Decide the best course for you for Monday April 10th and do your best to stick with it!
What will you eat? Are you packing a lunch? Are you going to exercise morning, noon or night? Cardio? Weights? Both?

I started the thread and then realised that I wanted to think about it a bit
Besides having some errands to run, Monday is a day to myself. No obligations, no appointments, no work. I love days like this!
a is for eat less, b is for eat clean ....
breakfast-oatmeal and egg whites
snack-my shake (protein powder, fruit, psyllium)
supper-chicken, salad, ff cottage cheese
snack-fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt & I could have another serving of oatmeal and egg whites if I found I was starving
c is for cardio-biking
d is for weights- TBA - my four day split is sooo out of whack! I'll see what I feel like doing this evening and I'll do the next step tomorrow

MORNING EVERYONE!!

I actually get to play around on the net today a bit!!

I had my usual for breakfast...scrambled eggs and a small bagel with jelly.

I am having a cup of soup and a salad with grilled chicky for lunch.

Tonight I am having a grilled chicky breast and some wheat pasta.

Exercise today is: 1 mile run; then weights, then close with another mile run.

By the way I broke my old PR (personal record) this past Saturday at a 5K here in town. I did it in 32:56!!!!!!!!!!!!!
