April 6th - Plan for a Nearly Perfect Day

  • Morning .

    Breakfast - oatmeal w/honey and cinnamon, coffee
    Snack - cherry toms, slice of 2% cheese
    Lunch - turkey half hoagie, bag of baked doritos
    Snack - protein shake, choccie flavour
    Dinner - beef and bean enchiladas, green squash

    Water - 2 liters+

    Exercise - 30 mins on elliptical, 30 mins on treadmill (ran 2.3 miles) at the gym before work this morning .

    s-snack bar

    I am looking for a better day today...I need to do a good workout....
  • Hey ladies!! Long time no post!!

    First day back in the office in about 2 weeks. Crazy busy life!

    I have done well though. Some days better than others of course. I have 5K this weekend and hope to score a PR!

    Just had breakfast...late today, but had:

    scrambled eggs; bagel with jelly
    Lunch will be probably a salad with chicky
    and dinner will be a turkey wrap

    no exercise today because i have school after work!!
  • Hey y'all I have A PLAN today:

    B - nutrigrain bar and yogurt

    S: protein shake

    L: tuna salad

    S: Luna protein bar

    D: chicken sandwhich, green beans

    Dessert: 60 calorie choc. pudding

    Total calories: 1165 (trying to make up for my bad diet yesterday)

    Add 2 bottles of water, and 45 minutes on the elliptical.
  • goood luck justjunebug!!! i know you will do a great job on your 5k!! you have been practicing very hard for it. just think about all of us rooting for you when you're out there!!!

    i don't really know what the day holds in store for me. i haven't had a way to get to the store this week. my car is in the shop.

    B- bagel with cream cheese
    L- pimento cheese on white bread and crackers
    S- probably be some chips out of the machine (i don't have a way to get fruit or anything healthy)
    D- may be another pimento sandwich from work (nothing really at home to cook. hoping to get to go pick up my car tonight)

    The last two days have not been on plan at all- I'm blaking TOM but that's not really an excuse...

    Tomorrow will be

    B: Egg and wholemeal pitta
    S: Apple
    L: Potatoe, hummous and leaves
    S: Apple, wolegrain bar
    E: Spinning
    D: Something nice and not cooked by me (here's hoping!)
  • Okay, this is my first post in this thread...I've been doing really well so far.

    B-special K w/ banana
    S-yogurt
    L-whole wheat tortilla w/ turkey breast, spinich, red pepper, and mustard
    S-1 cup berries
    D-white fish, rice, asparagus

    Exercise: walk at least 2 miles along the river
