I sometimes gain two pounds, and then other times only one. Do you feel bloated? Most of the weight that I end up retaining is water, and my weight goes back down a day or so after.

I generally gain a couple of pounds during the week leading up to TOM, but it goes again just after TOM starts.

Not much fun huh? No matter how good we are, we still have to put up with this.

Anything up to about 5 pounds is normal, really. And besides, you should never, never, never freak out over a pound or even three up on any given day, TOM or not. Your body naturally fluctuates a couple of pounds throughout the day and day after day due to water intake/output, sodium, and a ton of other factors. You have to let that mindset go, it's unhealthy and stressful!

Okay? Okay...

Happy Weekend!

I know I know I know... I know that it is. Think my hormones have grabbed me, because Im always the one telling people scale watching and compulsive exercise isnt healthy. It just I get so aggravated with myself when it comes to the scale. The scale is NOT my friend. I always say I just want to be a size 5 no matter what I weigh when I get there. Sometimes I just which I wasnt so solid. You see my avatar picture?? Thats me at this weight, on a 5'4 frame. Just weird aye? I hate being heavy... not fat but heavy. Sucks.
