So I weighed in today and no change.. That's okay. As of yesterday (April 6) I weigh 203.4 and by July 4 I want to be 178.4 - that is 25 pounds but I should be able to do it or close to it! Good luck everyone! I also want to walk on my treadmill one hour a day (as soon as I feel well enough to do it) and drink my 3 liters of water a day! |

I am going to push my goal up a bit... My 21st birthday is on July 23 and by then I would like to weigh 170. According to fit day that is just over 15 weeks away and I have to lose an average of 2.2 pounds a week. I can do it! I know I can!!

Well, the last time I weighed myself was last week, and I was at 192. So today I weighed myself, and I'm at 190. I'm gonna count it (even thought it's probably just water weight) 'cause I'm doing good, and there's no reason why it shouldn't stay like that... So what's everyone doing? I drink at least 3 liters of water a day. I'm eating between 1200 and 1700 calories a day - I'm trying to stay on the lower end of that for now... I am trying to stick as close to the SB Phase 2, but I'm not hardcore. I just use it as a model for eating, then watch my calories. I do Spinning 3 x's a week. That's about it for now... ! Congrats on the 2 pounds... Currently Im walking 4-6 miles a day everyday, skip rope 3 times a week for 15 minutes, light free weights (3-4 pounds) three times a week for 15 minutes, sit ups and crunches 50 each every other day. I drink 3 liters of water a day and eat 1300-1600 cal.

Ok, Im gonna look stupid, but what the heck is spinning??? I hear about it all the time but really have no clue on what it is. I know its some form of exercise..right?
On to what im doing..Im doing WW. Drinking my 8 glasses of water a day. Do Pilates daily. Do a ball exercise. Also do a walking program , that is a mile. And a stepper workout. Most of these things I do from the On Demand channel from Comcast. Im totally addicted to it and I can do all sorts of different workouts. I really like the kickboxing and jabbing workouts. I do my weigh in tomorrow...but I am 150 right now ...so I would like to be 130 by july 4th...which is a 20 pound loss and I know that I can do it.

I want to be 199 by July 4th. So that would be 20 pounds. I know I can do it.
I was waiting to lose weight to get my first tattoo but instead got it on top of my foot. A lot of people were like that's the worst place you could get it because of the pain factor, but it wasn't that bad. My feet don't change no matter how much I weigh. |
I have a goal to lose 18 pounds by july fourth. I recently became vegan (again haha, i couldn't live with the guilt), and next week I am going to start doing spinning classes with my friend, as well as logging my food and basing my diet more on veggies than most anything, while paying attention to nutrients and water... basically eating healthy and exercising. It's almost two pounds a week, but I think I can do it, since I have a lot of free time starting next week :D!

I am not sure but I think I will make ONEderland by Sunday...I am hopeing I can stay the same untill then. If every one will make a July tracker I can keep up with how much we lose as a group...so make your tracker for a July goal. I will start a new thread on Sunday and Post our total pounds loss so far. Hello! I want to join this challenge! I took part in the April Fools challenge and lost 23lbs, and now I want to loose another 20lbs but July 4th! I go to WW, therefore I count points not calories. I am going to continue walking and doing what I have been doing for the past 3 months. I am excited about this challenge b/c this is the final 20lbs! My weigh ins are Tuesday.

I am so thrilled with the response this goal challenge has gotten. This is helping me (as well as everyone else) so much. I am going to kick up my workout tomorrow and see if that helps my loss. Right now I am at about 1500 calories and I work out 5 days a week, I am going to add in another day of weight training.
