well, his prom is may 24 so i want to look great for then! i also want to look great for the summer. any advice? im not sure what to eat. i know whats healthy but not sure what to pu ton my plan...
this is what im doing so far
breakfast: cereal w/ fat free milk
lunch: salad
dinner: regular dinner
snacks: yogurt, grapes, apples, protein shakes and bars, special k bars, carrots
is this ok? a lot of different things work for different people. what can work for me?
my excercise program is...
tues-gym
fri-gym
sat-gym or walk at track
sun-gym
any advice/suggestions? need some help :/
