March 30th Plan for a Nearly Perfect Day

  • Well lunchtime changed from my plan, a bunch of us went to Applebees but I was good! I ordered chili-lime tilapia and an extra serving of veggies instead of rice, then I had ww choc cake for dessert. All in all, around 550 cals, very pleased with myself as I have a weakness for baby back ribs.

    I love oven roasted sweet potatoe fries btw! I use this recipe here. Very tasty.

    D: Chilli and Cornbread (lots)!!
    S: probably some fat free Ben and Jerry's Sorbet

    Worked in the yard about an hour today, took a dance aerobics class and walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes or so.
