Default NOT so discouraged now, at all!

Just wanted to thank you all. You were right. I was so upset that after two weeks I was showing like a 2 ounce weight loss. You told me to eat breakfast, drink water, be patient. etc etc etc.

So ---- Saturday morning I started the special K with strawberries for breakfast. Boy that was weird, after never ever in my life eating breakfast. It wasn't too bad, to be honest. OK, You win!
And I drank three 20 ounce bottles of water. Spent the day in the bathroom, but OK you win again.
I did the same on Sunday.

I KNOW you told me not to step on the scale for several more weeks, but I did just about 5 minutes ago, and WOW. I am not saying my change of habits in the past two days caused my weight loss of FOUR POUNDS, but I think that it just took the past two week effort that long to show up!!

209.8 then vs 205.0 Now!!!! HAPPY HAPPY ME!

I gotta make me one of those little cute sliding scale things you all have in your signature --- now that I have something to put on it!!

THANK YOU...KISSES AND HUGS. WHAT A GROUP!!

Sometimes it just takes a while for the losses (and gains) to show. Congratulations!
