Default March 25th Plan for a Nearly Perfect Day

Fail to plan, plan to fail.
Decide the best course for you today and do your best to stick with it!

I working day shift again so I'm starting early. I'm tired and I want to go to bed.
In my kitbag I have salad, cottage cheese, soy cheese, yogurt and tuna.
Supper will be salmon and vegetables and somewhere in there I'll have my shake.
It's chest and triceps day.
Hmmm ... cardio ... if it's a really nice day and work is not hectic, I'll go for a bike ride after work.

I love planning ahead!
B: 3 eggs & sausage
L: boneless/skinless chicken breast&broccoli topped with low carb alfredo sauce!
D: boneless/skinless chicken breast

Going to try to get in some cardio before work. But I work in a nursing home, so I'll be walking around and lifting people all day...

We have a doctor that I adore. he's a darling, really! but when he's on call, he brings the best doughnuts in the county. Oh my gosh! Now I'm trying to correct my percentages and I HAVE to do weights and maybe some cardio. WOW, 600 of the wrong calories can really throw you for a loop!
