I know I am not exercising enough! I do all I can tho. I go to the gym 3 days a week for about 25 minutes, but during that 25 minutes I try and spend most of it running. By the end I usually I have burned about 150 cal. I also try and spend at least 20 minutes of my lunch time walking (more on days I do not go to the gym).
I did use fitday yesterday, I had about 1300-1400 cal. Not all of it good - my boyfriend eating chocolate bars and cookies... so I had to have something sweet too, but I opted for some Froot Loops. But I think I did not too bad. I guess it is just small habits I am having a hard time breaking.

I do log everything I eat on paper - I am going to go and do a few days back and just so you guys can get an idea. I know I ate some bad stuff: ie Froot Loops - and one night I did have shake and bake on my chicken.
BUT - I weighed myself this morning and I was down 1.8 pounds. Down to 208.2 - so I cant complain there!
