March 20th Plan for a Nearly Perfect Day

If you fail to plan....you plan to fail...
We are a group of folks who plan for one day. Today. A nearly prefect day!!!
Plan the best day for you and try to do what you plan.
Plan what ever you think you need to plan for. If its food or exercise
Remember you are in control!!!!!

I'm off to work this morning. In my kitbag I've got ... cottage cheese, tuna, salad, yogurt and string cheese ....oh and diet Coke!

It depends how busy work is if I do cardio later and it's legs day for me!

2frustrated 03-20-2006 06:05 AM

I need to start doing this again. I need a bit more of a plan than I have had for the past month or two even though it has been relaxing!

Today I've had a carbo brekky, I'm having a protein lunch and then carbs and protein for pre-kickboxing and possibly post kickboxing too, depending on what I have in the fridge! I know that's not a 6 meal day, but lunch is a whopping 500kcals! It keeps me full though and I love it. I think I might start halving the portion.

I AM going out for a run at lunch, I will run as far as I can - I'm aiming for 44 minutes, but it could be less.

I'm also teaching tiddlers to kickbox tonight, so that's that taken care of. I just need to think of something for apres kickbox to keep me ungrumpy for him indoors!

I'm going to start looking at my calorie intake closely. I need to work out what I can get away with, both in terms of how little I can eat on a workout day and how much I can eat at a weekend.

OMG we're going to BRUSSLES on Sunday. Do you think it would be too anal to pack the day's food in a cool bag?

While you're in Brussels Jen, check out the Flemish women. I used to think I 'had' to look like my stout short grandma! Maybe real Flemish women aren't so sturdy!

UGH.. you ought to see the stacks of stuff I plan to take to the donation drop today.

when I think of all the dollars I spent...well "age appropriate" is the theme from here on out. bye bye graphic tees (well 95% of them); too short shorts; clothes that dont fit, and wont ever fit again; and clothes that are "what was she thinking?"....what a chore I tell you!!

2frustrated 03-20-2006 10:49 AM

 I just did that recently too! I have a few "what was I thinking" ones, and I found NEW CLOTHES that I've never worn in amongst the pile of things. Fortunately they still fit!
