I am doing all but the weight training due to health problems. I do cardio and eat good healthy, clean foods. This is working for me. I would love to be better toned especially in arms and abdominal area, but I am losing weight very well.
I would say I'm all of the above. Wow...lol. Surprised myself there.
I'm not eating as much food as I used to, and I'm DEFINATELY eating a lot cleaner. I do cardio nearly every day at least for a little bit, and I lift weights when I can...as in, when I'm at my boyfriend's house.
