Default grocery list

well I just went shopping and blew 80$ at Real Foods!!! Yikes! but i bought enough for 2 weeks and i dont eat out soo... i guess its not horrible.

anyways- just wanted to share what i got!

fortified instant oatmeal
rasbery ginger cereal (two boxes- i am loving this stuff)
gallon nf milk (im a milk drinking fool lately)
pasturized egg whites

plain nf yogurt
nf cottage cheese
ricotta whey cheese (really mild lower fat cheese - kind of like feta)

turkey meatloaf (bake and serve)
lean pork chops

baby spinach
artichokes
orange bellpepper
asperagas
portabello mushroom

apples
tons of mini tangerines
mini bananas

mmm im excited for all the mixing and matching thats going to happen

and tonight i made (so i can reheat the rest of the week and take in for lunch)
*fried* (in a tiny bit of olive oil) pork chops with a rasberry chipolte sauce (bottled)
veggie curry soup (yes i added too much liquid lol) with tomatoes onions and asperagas tips

im really positive about the foods im going to nourish myself with this week.

(hopefully this will show on the scale )

I like that you said 'foods I'm going to nourish myself with'. That's a wonderful attitude!

I have to go food shopping tonight and you reminded me of some things that I probably would have forgotten. Your list sounds great.

I like your sig...

"100 pounds seems insurmountable but I sure can lose 10 pounds 10 times"

And yes you can. When all is said and done with me, I'll have lost 90 pounds. Or close to.
