Bit of background...
I am 30, 5'1, 168 pounds.
I have been 'dieting' for roughly 4 weeks now...I have been VERY careful and have not lost one pound....not one....
I do 30 minutes of exercise(cardio with 2lbs weights) faithfully every morning and then 15 minutes of Stott Pilates...
I can't seem to lose no matter what I do! Why is that?
I haven't even lost any inches...Jeans are still skin tight!
What's going on??!!
I feel like a failure!
