Default Well Poop

Weighed myself this morning after over a week and I'm still 141. I think I'm gonna be 141 pounds for the rest of my life, lol.

Oh well, better than 220. But my body just does NOT want to let go of these last few pounds.

Not complaining, just venting a little. I mean, how can I complain? When I was 220, I would have given my left leg to weigh 141. I remember wishing I at least weighed 150 or something. And staying at 141 is better than gaining

You're doing great. I agree. I would give my left leg to weigh 141. Heck I wish I were 160. Keep up the good work. Time and persistence will pay off in the end.

You are doing just fine! But our plans do change as we go along. You and only you know if your body and fitness level feel good to you.
Remind us again what food plan and exercise you're doing.

I'm with ya! LOL...in more ways (weighs?) than one! I've been bouncing back and forth between 139 and 140 for WEEKS now. But like you said, it's better than gaining, right? Hang in there!

LLV, Im with ya too, 172 here for weeks. No matter how much/little I eat. I have even tried really eating a lot more for a week and then cutting back the next...NOTHING. Oh well, I see it as my body getting prepared for the next 20lbs that will go soon. As long as I dont gain, I am happy.

LLV and GonnaLooseitagain? Start a new thread in the Calorie Counters section and call it something like "Tweaking to Loose the Last Few Lbs".
Tell us about your diet and exercise regime. I'm sure you'll get lost of tips on little changes you can make to get those last few pounds moving.
If you'd like, that is.

There's a calorie-counters section?

lol, I didn't know that.

As for food plans, I'm not on any plan, I just changed my lifestyle for good. I simply watch my calories, eat my favorite "sinful" foods in moderation, eat very little fat, and TRY to get more activity, although I'm not religious about exercise

Congrats on your success! Keep up the good work! That's an amazing weight loss and very inspiring!

I know how you feel, though, knowing you are doing everything right and being unable to get the number on the scale to budge. I've had several plateaus in the last eight or so months, so I know just how frustrating it can be.

Kudos to you! Yay!!!!

Cheers,
~Silvervixen

Yeah, it used to frustrate me pretty bad, but I'm actually fairly comfortable where I'm at. I'm not really set on a specific number, per se, but rather how my jeans fit. I've got a pair of jeans I can't wear anymore because they're too big, another pair that are loose but not TOO awfully baggy. Then another pair that fit just right and one more pair that are just a tad snug. I want the snug pair to be a little loose on me and then I'll be happy, lol.

So it's not really numbers I'm worried about. For all I know I could weigh a lot less or a lot more on a different scale. I'm just going by how my clothes fit and I want a few of my clothes to be a little bigger on me than they are. I have a couple of shirts as well that are just a tad too tight. Once they fit comfortably, I'm done

I don't see any calorie-counters section. Can someone point me in that direction please?
