Default What are your Fat/Protien/Carb Ratios?

Im curious what everyone's ratios are. Im still on atkins, but thinking of changing up a bit. I still have to keep it very low carb, because that's the only way I can keep my sugar cravings under control, and keep the weight coming off.

So Im curious what everyone is eating.

I'm usually 40% protein, 40% carb and 20% fat during the week, but with a free day it tends to average out for the week at 25% protein, 50% carb and 25% fat!

I'm usually about 25% protein 45-50% carb and 25-30% fat

I don't actually try for any certain percentages, I just notice on fitday that it's usually around there.

I try to eat a balanced days food and come out around, 40% carbs/30%protein and 30% fat. Some days are plus or minus and stay usually around 1500-1800 calories.

I'm going along with Jillian Michaels's book "Winning by Losing." It goes along with whether you're a fast, slow or balanced oxidizer (there's a test you take in the book). I'm a balanced oxidizer, so I eat 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat.

questions ...questions!!! lol......My carbs come from whole wheat bread, yogurt, south beach diet bars (not meal replacements), some fruit (apples, strawberries) and veggies. If I have 2 toast in the am, I try to have a salad for lunch instead of more bread. Hope this is helpful.

On a good day, my overt carbs are oatmeal. Most are fruit and vegetables.
