Hello again! Thanks for the positive comments regarding my successes, it really made me feel great to know that there are other's rooting me on. Today after work I went for my Cardio workout and upped my intensity on the treadmill. I jogged for 40 minutes between 5.0 and 5.5 miles per hour. I managed to jog 5km. and boy was I tired! I have a goal of running 5km or 3 miles in 35 minutes or less. Some days it seems like it is an ever-elusive goal; however, today I felt good that I stuck with my program and went to the gym. I know that it can only get better. I have to remind myself that I never want to be at the low level of fitness that I started at in October ever again. I was 206lbs and couldn't even walk at 3.5 mph without getting tired!! I am now 177lbs and still gaining in my fitness and personal goals. I need to stay focused and remind myself that it will only get better as I stay consistant and focused on my goals!!
