Smile Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Hey, ladies and gents!!! Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday Season to you all. I hope that everyone is enjoying their day without worrying too much about counting calories or obsessing about it. Have a great time with your families and have fun!!!
As for me, most of my families are back home in Mongolia, so christmas is for my husband, son, sister, and me to celebrate together. Its hard during the holidays because we miss all of our families, but important thing is we're so grateful that we're healthy and happy.
Anyways, I actually put away my scale today. I know if I don't then I will be so obsessed about weighing myself for every 5 minutes. So, I am going to enjoy my day as much as I can.
Well, anyway, I wish all of you would have wonderful christmas and give as well as recieving a lots of presents. lol. For those who are on the road, have a safe trip!!!

Merry Christmas!!! My Christmas day is nearly over here in the UK. It's just me and my husband for Christmas, as my family are all in Australia, and he is older than me, and no longer has family alive. So we have kept busy, and gone to a lovely restaurant for dinner! It was lovely, and no extra food is in the house, so we can't pig out now!!!

I don't own scales, I weight at work or at the drugstore, so no scale obsession for me!!!!!

I am glad you and your husband had great christmas kykaree. We didn't cook big meal like turkey and ham... etc either. Yesterday we went out to eat, and today we cooked some Mongolian. I usually love to cook turkey and stuffing... etc. But I am the one who usually end up eating most of them, so this year I decided not to cook a lots of food.
