I was 141 this morning. I expected it to be up since I've been doing so much munching lately, but who knows, maybe my body has needed those extra calories.

woohooo, that is great!!!! I noticed too when I seem to "munch" more I weigh in at a little less......I guess the body is a "STRANGE" and wonderful thing....
Nearly there, and I'm waiting for you here in the (barely ) 130s! Let us know when you hit 139, and I'll throw you a virtual "welcome to the neighborhood" party!

I'll tell you, what was the most exciting for me was getting out of the 200's. It had been several years (at least 5) since I saw my weight begin with a "1" instead of a "2".
Once I made it 199, I was pumped. I was like, "alright, I can do this and I WILL get back down to a normal weight." Because although seeing the 200's going down was nice, it was still the 200's to me. 205 looked no different to me than 220. But the 100's? Yeah, baby! That was working
I never in a million YEARS thought I'd ever be in the 130s again. I haven't "been here" since 4th or 5th grade. Somehow I thought 140 was as low as I could go, but I've been holding steady here for about a week now.
It's amazing what you can do once you tell yourself you can do it!

That's the truth. Tell yourself you can instead of constantly making excuses. Like I always did, lol.
