wendie: have fun w your company! and you wont be alone in no exercise bc im still not up to it so it wont be this weekend but yea thats exactly how ive been feeling. its so frustrating esp. knowing i need to do it for other reasons bedides weight control and thats the part that the NOT worries me about the most. hang in there!

well ladies its not much but i did get the 1/2 lb loss i was looking for. i also got my 4 month committment charm. i really to hope to be up and 'running' hehe at least sometime during the week but im still hacking my brains out and the meds are knocking me down.

I've joined a WL group on campus where they weigh in every week so, I've avoided the temptation to weigh myself because they meet every Wednesday.. so I'm hoping to be pleasantly suprised next week.
lol I've got a lot of weight to lose and so I'm hoping that if I add some muscle I can be a little more tone when I slim down. I'll probably still be a little droopy and floppy but... hopefully it'll be better than nothin! I'll be safe, I promise!!
