) learned I gainen 1Lb instead of loosing. It was my first week on WW and I did everything right. Stayed within my points, exercised etc. I was very, very disapointed. So I went to the gym and burned of 986 cals. I'm sticking to my plan, but here is the weird thing. It is only Tuesday, and I'm feeling thinner. I noticed my jeans were looser yesterday, could it be in my head? I'm scared to weigh myself and get disapointed, but I'm feeling pretty hot
today, and may I say I look good. I haven't felt like this in weeks. I really hope I will not get disapointed next Saturday. Wish me luck.
