If you work you might want to try this: The average worker works 8 hours a day. If you drink a 16 oz. bottle of water first thing in the morning (before coffee even) and then drink another bottle every two hours you will have it all in before your work day is over and not have the nighttime bathroom issues that can come up. If you don't work you might try the same thing. If you know you are going to be in the car at the beginning of the hour you need to drink water, bring it with you. I've been trying this and if I have it set to a clock, it helps remind me to drink. (I've had 6 glasses so far and it's only 3pm). Hope this helps.-SwimMom
