I reset it to what my new scale says....so I lost 10 pounds instead of 13....big deal....so I need another week...woopie..........so if I weigh 262 by the end of the week...I made my goal.....I have had 12 glasses of water already today...I should just bring the pc into the bathroom...and stay there....lol

I did continue to exercise though! Which is a good thing. 3 and 4 I am still working on. But I did cut back on my coffee a bit.. and I am using a smaller mug as well!
I won't do that again! 
Just easier that way I guess. But I will succeed either way!
