I'm doing a happy dance!!!!!
I'm certainly not going to make my birthday goal BUT I am still very proud of myself.
We all have our good days and bad days but when you start seeing results in the way your clothes fit ... nothing can stop me or any of you.
What helps me is to put a rubberband around my wrist and when I feel the urge to cheat myself I snap that rubberband. Helps me ... might help you.
This is certainly the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Changing your behavior and relationship with food is difficult but can be done!
So here is to a healthy life!!!
