I'm doing a happy dance!!!!!

I'm certainly not going to make my birthday goal BUT I am still very proud of myself.

We all have our good days and bad days but when you start seeing results in the way your clothes fit ... nothing can stop me or any of you.

What helps me is to put a rubberband around my wrist and when I feel the urge to cheat myself I snap that rubberband. Helps me ... might help you.

This is certainly the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Changing your behavior and relationship with food is difficult but can be done!

So here is to a healthy life!!!

I don't think I could do the rubber band thing. It's not that I don't think it would work, I just have very sensitive wrists.

For me, it's a psychological thing. There's something about drinking a bottle of water before I give in that takes the edge off the urge. Of course, sometimes I give in anyway, but at least I've had some of my water for the day, right? ;)
