PMS munchies

  • How do you combat the PMS munchies? I have a hollow leg the 4-5 days prior to Auntie's arrival and I am in constant hunger. It'll disappear and I won't want to eat a thing as soon as she sets her bags down but what to do right now? Drinking loads of water is not helping! (oh - and I have braces, so carrots and celery are out! )
  • for chocolat ecravings I eat a few tabelspoons of chocolate whipped cream (15 cals) I also tend to crave wings and fried food when I get it...what I do is either indulge and have a half order of wings or I make grilled chicken and toss it with hot sauce and throw it on a salad with some lite ranch dressing ...that's what's for dinner tonight actually

    if yer just hungry and the hunger won't go away, try eaing some protein, it keeps you full longer, or oatmeal or something like that that sticks to yer ribs...other than that, willpower my dear...
