Hello everyone
I am very new to this site, I was in desperate search in the net for a forum where i could find support for my 27 pounds that I got to lose, not only did I found it in here but Also founf out few other things:
a) I am not the only one that eats emotionally
b) there is people that really cares about how you feel
c) that if some of you have made it, I can make it also
I find that this website is really a support for people that want to lose weight, whether it's because they don't feel good, are obese, their health, the weight is always a problem for most of us and having someone that actually listen and helps is a great way to start.
I must say that I lost already 33 over the last five years, i guess because my body corporature is not actually 180 pound, since I am 5 feet 2 inches, however, what I lost wasn't under any effort, it came out naturally after I stop taking some depression pills, now but... the 27 that are here are not comming off and I need you help, support and your time like I'll give you mine and the best I can do.
