Default not sure if this goes here...

I din't know where to post this questoin but I figured since everyone here has been succesful, I would ask here.
I need help figuring out how much fats, carbs, and protiens I should eat in order to lose weight. I found a site that said how much I should eat to maintain my weight.
here it is:
Caloric Breakdown
Fats: 25% 71 grams 642 calories

Carbohydrates: 60% 385 grams 1540 calories

Proteins: 15% 96 grams 385 calories

Total: 2567 calories

How do I convert this into how much I should eat to lose weight and not maintain??
Thanks in Advance

Go to Hussman and fill in the info on the pop up blocks. This will tell you how much you need to eat a day to sustain weight, and to lose it.

that sounds like a lot of calories, but it depends on how active you are and what your starting weight is. it's a good idea to go to fit day or similar site to figure this out,
