Rainbow- How are you? Is your duaghter going out tonight for Halloween? Are you back on track with the Medifast?

Fern- How are you doing? Are you keeping up with the working out?

How has everyone done on their goals for the month? Have we made any headway in the right direction? I have really got to start focusing on moving forward.

hello everyone, sorry that i havent posted lately.
Its been a really stressful few days for me. My father has been sick and in the hospital, so i havent had much time to come check in. And just when i was starting to become regular again. It seems as though everyone is busy these days too.
Angel i hope things are going well in your Real Estate class.
