Hey!

I thought I had posted a couple of times recently. What happened? Must be losing my mind.

Sorry for seeming to abandon you! But I'm here and still hanging in there. Food seems to be great on the weekdays and not so great on the weekends. But, I'm going to whip it this week and weekend so that I can get past this plateau.

I'm getting ready to go walk the dog. I got up this morning and did 15 minutes on the airdyne stationary bike. It was early and that's all I had time for but i'm going to make the effort to do 20 minutes each morning. Sorry, but at 5:30, that's all I can muster up. Then I can do more vigorous stuff in the evenings. My problem of late has been too many things going on in the evenings and about all I get done is the dog walking. At least that's a 1-1/2 mile walk.

Better get scootin'

Reporting in this morning!

Food has been really good for two days. We did get chinese food last night but - I didn't eat any of the rice nor did I finish my entree. I didn't eat until miserable so that's improvement.

I did get up and do my upper body exercises with the 8 lb weights. I did two sets of 8 so I'm making progress there too. I also got in 15 minutes on the airdyne.

We have church class tonight. My plan is definitely to leave work at 4pm. I want to get in 20 mins on the spinner, do some ironing, and spread some grass seed in the back yard.

Have a great day!

Hope everyone is keeping up with their challenge.

I'm doing well with food. I'm also getting in more exercise and I can really feel the changes in my body. I am definitely putting on muscle and I'm really liking it!

I'm off to exercise now. Have a good day bootcampers. If you're struggling, get back in here and make small goals so that you don't lose all your hard work. Don't give up!

Where is everyone??? I have been out of town for a few days. Did well with my meals. Not as much walking on one day but the other was a lot. I got my Walk Away the Pounds cd yesterday. I did it and felt great. It is a 3 mile intense work out.Had a low blood sugar this morning so will wait until later to work out, we have had 4 inches of snow so I did do a little shoveling.

Hi Fern!

I cannot believe we are already 22 days into this month. Time sure if flying by.

I love the WATP series. I haven't tried the 3 miler yet but they are a good workout. Great minds think alike - just yesterday morning I had decided to drag out my Tae Bo tapes to use as a break from the bike and other toning stuff. I tried the 8 minute workout this morning. Wowza, that gets your heart rate up quick. I'll keep trying it but it will take a few sessions to get coordinated with it.

Only ten days left of this bootcamp and that's time enough to make a difference.

Have a great day. Where are you Pam?

Been hella busy at work and went out of town for a few days to visit my sister and hit my nephew's 3rd birthday party!

Not doing well at all this month....just can't seem to get focused on my eating or working out. But I'm still hanging in there.

Hi bootcampers!

The month is winding down quickly.

I gave my bod off for the weekend. I've been doing a lot of exercise during the week and thought perhaps I should let it rest and recover.

I hope that you're all doing well.

Default Technically....

I've made my weight goal for the month, but ONLY because I've had some kind of bug for the past few days and managed to lose 10 pounds since Friday....can't be a good thing right? Still fighting the bug, so who knows what I'm going to end up weighing at the end of the month....

Default well, poop....

I missed my weight goal by 4 pounds....269.0 this morning. I don't even remember what my other goals were (too early, too cold, and I've got vacation on my brain). But I KNOW I didn't make my calories intake goal. I guess I should be happy that I at least lost a few pounds.

November challenge anyone?

The end is here and I am the same. I went up several pounds and then down so I am at the begining. So this is acceptable to me. I am still exercising except the the day I was sick. I have had a few tougn days of food intake.

I'm here! I'm here!

We went out of town for a four day retreat. We went to Arkansas to stay at a cabin above Beaver lake. Oh so gorgeous and peaceful.

I'm ending the month with another 3 pound loss. I'm finally into the 240's. Food was pretty decent for the weekend. I took my Tae Bo and WATP exercise tapes so I wouldn't get too lazy.

I'm thrilled that I was able to do well with the Tae Bo since its been a long time since I've done the basic workout. By year-end I plan on being on to the Advanced.

to you both for hanging in there. Every little bit we do for ourselves in an accomplishment.

Tally Ho! See you on the November challenge.
